About Us
OpenClaw.ai Experts
We're two builders who've been working with OpenClaw since its early days. We run workshops, webinars, and consulting engagements to help teams implement AI agents that actually ship — not just demo well.

Serg Lotz
CDTM Fall 2020 · LMU Munich
Product builder with 16+ years in product and UX. Serg builds AI-powered infrastructure for the DACH market, including StartLobster (professional OpenClaw setup service), website automation agents, and Alveni AI (AI phone assistant for hotels).
He helps teams move from zero to production-ready AI agents — handling everything from architecture and setup to daily automated workflows. His background in leading international dev teams and shipping products across multiple industries gives him a practical, no-nonsense approach to AI implementation.
Rod Rivera
CDTM Fall 2009 · ITAM Mexico
AI educator, builder, and developer relations expert with 15+ years in artificial intelligence. Rod teaches AI at ITAM in Mexico and works at the intersection of cutting-edge models and real-world deployment.
He helps teams move from experimentation to production with AI agents — bridging the gap between what's possible in a research paper and what actually works in a business context. His focus is on local AI, agentic systems, and building communities around practical AI implementation.
Rod runs the Local AI community, bringing together builders, engineers, and entrepreneurs who are deploying AI agents in production. He's a regular speaker and workshop facilitator at AI events across Europe and Latin America.
The CDTM Connection
We both graduated from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) at TU Munich and LMU Munich — one of Germany's most selective technology and entrepreneurship programs. Rod was Fall 2009, Serg was Fall 2020. Different eras, same DNA: build things that work.
